Sr ISC Production Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Circuit Card Assembly production teams to meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Cook up coordination with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely resolution of issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Engineering and Development team to stay on track for APSL approval and new product integration.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in production supervision within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, with a focus on Circuit Card Assembly, team leadership, and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP software to monitor and manage production activities.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
About the Role
Reporting directly to Site Leadership, you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location on an On-site work schedule. You will impact production efficiency, product quality, and overall supply chain performance by supervising production teams, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
