Sr. Internal Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager

Role Overview

This position will support enterprise-wide modernization and business process improvement initiatives, with a major focus on consolidating operations into two IT systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business teams, IT, and external vendors while leading process improvement, project management, technology implementation, QA, compliance, training, and user adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle
• Evaluate and improve business workflows, processes, and operational efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks, duplicate processes, compliance risks, and automation opportunities
• Develop standardized workflows, procedures, templates, and performance metrics
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Lead modernization and technology implementation initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Serve as a liaison between business teams, IT, and technology vendors
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality
• Support workflow automation and data integrity initiatives
• Develop training materials and support user adoption
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, stakeholder discussions, and training sessions
• Maintain project documentation, process maps, policies, procedures, and knowledge repositories

Required Experience

• 4+ years as a Technical Project Manager
• 4+ years of experience with IT consolidations/implementations
• 4+ years of hands-on Continuous Improvement projects
• 4+ years of Quality Assurance & Compliance Monitoring experience

Nice to Have

• 3+ years of change management, reorganization, modernization, or centralized communications experience
• 3+ years creating training materials for system implementations
• 3+ years of Business Process Mapping experience (e.g., Visio)
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with regulatory, licensing, compliance, or case management systems
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
