Responsibilities

• Lead and guide indirect reports when necessary
• Support and manage project activities effectively
• Assist staff with system usage and provide necessary training

• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a technical project manager
• 4 years of experience with IT consolidations and implementations
• 4 years in continuous improvement projects
• 4 years in quality assurance and compliance monitoring
• 3 years in change management and process modernization
