Job Description Join our team as a Sr Interior Designer where you will manage projects, lead teams, and oversee schematic design work. You will play a pivotal role in design control, project budget management, and guiding projects through all phases from design development to construction documentation. You will also provide leadership and direction to junior interior designers and ensure the seamless integration of interior design with architectural elements. Responsibilities Lead and manage projects of varying sizes and complexity, providing project team leadership.Conduct schematic design work and participate in design control throughout all project phases.Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.Demonstrate and convey knowledge of all design phases to team members.Maintain frequent communication with team members to ensure proper information flow.Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal and external teams.Prepare and deliver client presentations, both virtually and in person.Develop and refine a portfolio within a specific market sector.Check all deliverables for design intent and budget management.Implement creative design solutions adapted to various building types.Integrate interior design with architectural design for a unified result.Teach mid and junior staff about construction methods and design integration.Select and present multiple design schemes and materials to teams and clients.Lead client presentations and support business development activities.Oversee the development of building project documentation and detail drawings.Perform site observations and ensure compliance with building codes.Oversee the development of FF&E specifications and budgets. Essential Skills Advanced proficiency in Revit.Experience in interior design and architecture.Strong presentation skills and experience fostering client relationships.Proficient in SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.Ability to lead design development and guide junior team members.Minimum of 6 years of experienceBachelor of Science in Architecture or Interior Design.Experience in creating and leading design concepts. Work Environment This position requires on-site work from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role offers a flexible schedule with the possibility of working remotely two days a week, although being in the office more frequently is encouraged for better collaboration. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
