About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of AI enablement programs from needs assessment to evaluation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and experts to create effective training on AI solutions and sales strategies
- Design AI-focused learning solutions tailored for customer-facing roles
- Research best practices and trends in instructional design and AI technologies
- Identify opportunities for AI Enablement solutions and implement proposals to enhance business outcomes
- Oversee project management strategies to ensure resource effectiveness and team commitment
- Measure and assess learner progress and client satisfaction, addressing gaps as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in Learning & Development or related fields; or 9+ years equivalent experience
- Proven instructional design and project management experience enhancing learner performance
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships across various departments
- Experience in training programs centered on AI technologies and sales applications
- Background in supporting AI-driven sales enablement and technology adoption initiatives
- Capability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts and technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
