Sr Inside Sales Representative
As a Senior Inside Channel Sales Manager (ICBM) at Brady Corp, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Your expertise in inside sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.
Responsibilities
- Assist partners in daily selling activities, including product questions, pricing, and project registrations.
- Provide partner training on products and solutions.
- Facilitate customer support and rep-to-rep engagement (HON to partner).
- Develop strategic account planning by understanding partner initiatives and aligning Honeywell’s offerings.
- Create marketing and business development plans for top-tier partners where applicable.
Requirements
- Excellent teaming and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a similar field.
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, ideally in a channel environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
- Ability to influence across a broader organization.
- Proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in Channel Sales.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- Ability to effectively manage strategic accounts and navigate complex sales cycles.
