About the role

We’re looking to add a handful of high-impact engineers to our team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our fulfillment and distribution systems. You will own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval, and serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers on your projects. After design completion and approval, you will hand off the project to our Ops Engineering team for installation and commissioning, providing support to ensure successful implementation.

Your projects may include green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits, such as highly automated fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and transportation centers. You will work on both template-based and designed-from-scratch projects in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment alongside a team of highly skilled engineers. This role offers high ownership, challenging problems, and the opportunity to work on high-impact, high-visibility projects globally.
