About the role

The Senior Innovation Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of integrations between the Transport.net platform and customer, partner, and third-party systems. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, implementation teams, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure integration solutions meet business and operational requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis, implementation, and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting complex interoperability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, operational, and interface requirements.
• Analyze customer workflows and integration use cases.
