Sr Information Technology Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior IT Operations Analyst will act as a key liaison between the R&pD-IT team and Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure the source to pay lifecycle is executed and controlled within corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable service delivery and operational stability
• Manage a budget of $50 million with dozens of vendors and 100+ purchase orders
• Support the quarterly and annual budget planning cycles
• Plan and track at the purchase order line item level to build forecasts and track actuals
• Create accruals to achieve a +/- 5% variance goal
• Communicate detailed financial data up to Vice President level
• Support a team of 25+ contributors in addition to Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5 years of experience in Financial operations

• Strong understanding of accounting practices and the budgeting process
• Detail-oriented with focus on financial compliance

Pay

$83,800.00 - $136,800.00 annually
