Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturing performance.
• Drive sustainable operational improvements across manufacturing processes.
• Identify and address manufacturing process inefficiencies, reducing waste and non-value-added activities.
• Improve process capability and efficiency through standardized work practices.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping sessions and facilitate Kaizen workshops.
• Lead Root Cause Investigations and apply DMAIC methodology for structured problem-solving.
• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Use statistical tools to support data-driven decision-making and sustain improvement results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Lead projects from identification through implementation, ensuring sustainment of improvements.
• Manage stakeholders and drive change adoption.
• Coach teams on Lean methodologies and train employees on Six Sigma tools.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, regulatory standards, business requirements, and medical device manufacturing practices.
