Sr. Human Resources Generalist

The Role

The Senior HR Generalist serves as a strategic and operational partner to site leadership and employees, supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture by providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent development, recruitment, and HR operations. The Senior HR Generalist also leads HR initiatives, mentors HR team members, and partners with leaders to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance and an exceptional employee experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR project leadership; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification required; SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR best practices, and leave administration, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP) and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
