No fee will be paid in the event the candidate is hired by Grace as a result of the referral or through other means. Nearest Major Market: Baltimore We need to remove boilerplate: "Grace is not accepting unsolicited assistance..." etc. Also remove "U.S. Employee Benefits Summary (grace.com)" maybe repeated. Also remove "Nearest Major Market: Baltimore"? Might be considered metadata but could be kept? It's not a heading; we could fold into a short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a p for location info maybe. We need sections: About the role (intro description), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe split Required and Preferred but we can combine under Qualifications), Benefits, Physical Requirements (maybe as a section? Not in list of allowed headings but we could use "Physical Requirements" as a heading? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests those examples. Probably we should stick to those. Physical Requirements could go under Requirements or Qualifications? It's more like physical demands; could be under Requirements. We'll include a section "Requirements" for physical requirements? But we also have Required Qualifications. Might be better to have "Qualifications" for education/experience, and "Requirements" for physical/environment. However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those exact headings if content exists. Thus sections: - About the role: intro paragraph(s) describing company and role. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: physical requirements and environment. - Qualifications: required and preferred qualifications. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Possibly Pay: we have wage range and other compensation. Should we include Pay section? The posting includes Annual Wage Range and Other Compensation. So we should include Pay section with that info. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we have wage range: $81,797.60 - $112,471.70 and Other Compensation: eligibility for Short-Term Incentive program and other applicable bonuses. That's specific. So include Pay section. - Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. - Skills: not explicitly separate; could be part of Qualifications. We'll omit Skills if no dedicated content. Thus we will output:

About the role

... paragraphs ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility ...

Requirements

... physical requirements ...

Qualifications

  • Required: ...
  • Preferred: ...
maybe separate lists? Could do two uls.

Benefits

  • ... benefits ...

Pay

Annual Wage Range: $81,797.60 - $112,471.70. Other Compensation: Eligibility for the Short-Term Incentive program and other applicable bonuses.

We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each responsibility bullet exactly as in posting. Let's extract responsibilities list: From posting: "Full-Lifecycle Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for plant personnel to build a skilled, stable workforce. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Support employee relations by conducting thorough investigations, resolving conflicts promptly, and serving as a trusted advisor on conduct, capability, and grievance matters. Labor & Union Collaboration: Attend monthly union meetings, document official meeting minutes, and support constructive labor-management relations. Leadership Coaching & Policy Guidance: Provide daily coaching and counsel to employees, supervisors, and managers on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Employment Law & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across all plant operations. Performance & Absence Management: Partner with leadership to address performance issues, manage attendance and health-related leave, and drive organizational change initiatives. HR Data & Metrics Analytics: Gather and analyze key HR metrics—such as time-to-hire and turnover rates—to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Administrative Tracking: Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure accurate tracking of job progressions, proper job code assignments, and seamless personnel updates. Employee Engagement & Culture: Enhance employee satisfaction and morale by resolving issues quickly, assisting with perks/benefits administration, and organizing team-building activities. Records Management & HR Ownership: Maintain accurate electronic and paper employee files while operating with a high degree of ownership, independence, and accountability." We need to keep each as a bullet. Now Requirements (Physical Requirements And Environment): "Ability to follow safety protocols and standards working in a pilot plant facility with highly hazardous materials Ability to work in a high hazard environment, including adverse weather conditions, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft. Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator" We'll put as bullet list or paragraph? Could be ul. Now Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - Must have experience in a union manufacturing enviornment (note typo enviornment but keep as is) - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field required - 5+ years of progressive HR experience - Knowledge of FLSA, HIPAA, Title VII, and other applicable laws. - Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint - To be considered for this position, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. -
