Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Remote: Within 1-2 Hours of New Berlin, NY)

Purpose and Function

The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a critical partner and trusted advisor to Preferred’s leaders, employees, and HR team members. In this role, you will support our teams to successfully scale our business, evolve our culture, and enable our teams to grow. • Knowledge of the HR field including employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as other business-related software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• HR certification preferred
• Insurance experience a plus
