In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands. Every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new challenges, and our top-ranked training will help set you up for success.

To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable building relationships with external clients and internal partners. You have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for clients to understand and act on. Pace should not scare you, and you’ll find a healthy dose of fun alongside a culture of collaboration and belonging.

Responsibilities

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve HR-related issues for ADP’s largest clients, supporting our most complex products and technologies. Solve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions, working independently to resolve issues.
  • Work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills, HR knowledge, and ADP product expertise to communicate with clients, resolve issues, and exceed client expectations in every interaction. Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, and provide prompt follow-up.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and live ADP’s core value of Integrity is Everything.
  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions or best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.

Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a client service or human resources environment, with a proven ability to produce positive results.

Qualifications

  • HR Certification or willingness to pursue is a bonus.
  • A college degree is not required if you have the skills to do the job. Acceptable alternatives include:
    • Experience noted above, or
