Responsibilities
- Provide in-person HR support to the manufacturing facility in Redmond, WA.
- Serve as a key member of the HR team to drive systemic organizational and people strategies aligned with the business strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement management capabilities that promote an open, inclusive, and diverse Terex culture based on The Terex Way values.
- Aid in building management capability to foster an open, inclusive, and Terex culture-based environment that supports effective employee relations.
- Ensure the role is perceived as an objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues.
- Conduct investigations and provide conflict resolution as necessary.
- Participate in various projects across assigned client groups, such as annual performance and talent reviews, and other projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR role, or a combination of advanced training and education.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, and exposure to Lean manufacturing principles is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated competence in coaching managers at all levels, employee relations, and knowledge of employment laws (i.e., EEOC guidelines, FLSA, and ADA).
- Must be able to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a matrixed and dynamic environment.
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically are essential.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent time management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
Qualifications

Pay
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to location, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
