Job Description And Responsibilities
Orion Steel Group is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our North American team. The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for administering and enhancing the utilization of our HCM system, Workday. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing system needs based on business requirements
- Tracing current configuration
- Enhancing the overall use of the system
- End user training
Requirements
- Strong experience in Configurable Security
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM in three or more of the following functional areas: Learning, Compensation, Talent
- 3+ years of direct HR experience
- Strong Experience in building Workday dashboards, Hubs, custom complex reports and Workday Integrations
- Experience with Excel and Data Visualization tools; Excel proficiency should include using pivot tables and v-look ups
- Ability to be a problem solver and propose multiple solutions for business requirements
- Communicate technical concepts in a concise manner to non-technical business partners
- Solid team collaborator with the ability to lead cross functional teams; be willing to share, and receive, knowledge
- Ability to manage partner resources (i.e. service desk and project partners)
- Comfort with ambiguity and proven track record managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, union experience preferred
- Kronos experience preferred
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required (passport preferred)
Compensation
$133,000 - $137,000
