Sr. HRIS Analyst - Workday

Job Description And Responsibilities

Orion Steel Group is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our North American team. The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for administering and enhancing the utilization of our HCM system, Workday. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing system needs based on business requirements
• Tracing current configuration
• Enhancing the overall use of the system
• End user training

Requirements

• Strong experience in Configurable Security
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM in three or more of the following functional areas: Learning, Compensation, Talent
• 3+ years of direct HR experience
• Strong Experience in building Workday dashboards, Hubs, custom complex reports and Workday Integrations
• Experience with Excel and Data Visualization tools; Excel proficiency should include using pivot tables and v-look ups
• Ability to be a problem solver and propose multiple solutions for business requirements
• Communicate technical concepts in a concise manner to non-technical business partners
• Solid team collaborator with the ability to lead cross functional teams; be willing to share, and receive, knowledge
• Ability to manage partner resources (i.e. service desk and project partners)
• Comfort with ambiguity and proven track record managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, union experience preferred
• Kronos experience preferred
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required (passport preferred)

Compensation

$133,000 - $137,000
