About the role
We’re looking for top-notch Sr. HR Representatives to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. We need people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, who are looking for a good challenge, and who are dedicated to creating and developing superior customer relationships. You will be a required part of everyday operations, working in a transparent environment where we are invested in the success of our customers—whether in free-standing distribution centers or on-site with customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters that may impact people within the organization
- Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates
- Drive initiatives and activities in support of site climate and culture
- Manage and conduct internal investigations as needed
- Ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and laws related to Human Resources activities
- Ensure the administration of audit activities for compliance within HR policies and procedures
- Train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment
- Provide feedback and coaching to managers, actively listen, and ask clarifying questions regarding associates
- Manage staffing, succession planning, and associate programs and processes
- Implement and manage training and development activities and monitor effectiveness
- Administer compensation and benefits systems, processes, and employee communications
- Administer action planning activities related to the annual EOS process
- Administer compliance with our performance management systems
- Enter and maintain data in HRMS system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 4 years of work experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
- Proven experience leading deployment of organizational change
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Previous experience partnering with senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
- Knowledge of HR Metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with conflict resolution
- Experience with investigations
- Experience with data analytics
- Experience facilitating trainings
- Experience with onboarding
Pay
National salary range: $70,000 – $115,000. For roles within California, the range is $70,304 – $115,000, and for Washington, the range is $80,169 – $115,000.
