About the role
We’re looking for top-notch Sr. HR Representatives to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackle challenges, and build superior customer relationships. You’ll be a required part of everyday operations, whether at free-standing distribution centers or on-site with customers, ensuring transparency and investment in their success.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on people-related issues
- Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates
- Drive initiatives and activities to support site climate and culture
- Manage and conduct internal investigations as needed
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations, policies, and laws
- Administer audit activities for HR policy compliance
- Train management on interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and sexual harassment
- Provide feedback and coaching to managers; actively listen and ask clarifying questions regarding associates
- Manage staffing, succession planning, and associate programs and processes
- Implement and manage training and development activities; monitor effectiveness
- Administer compensation and benefits systems, processes, and employee communications
- Administer action planning activities related to the annual EOS process
- Ensure compliance with performance management systems
- Enter and maintain data in the HRMS system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of work experience
- 3+ years of HR experience with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Proven experience leading organizational change
- Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Previous experience partnering with senior management
