About the role
Responsible for strategic design, development, communication, and implementation of worldwide Human Resources programs, policies, and procedures in support of Human Resources strategic priorities.
Major duties
- Assists in the design, development, communication, and implementation of worldwide Human Resources (HR) programs, policies, and procedures.
- Researches, collects, and analyzes Human Resources (HR) data to provide recommendations to leadership on complex Human Resources (HR) policy issues.
- Keeps abreast of upcoming Human Resources (HR) related government regulations, policies, and law changes.
- Researches to determine applicability and communicates the overall impact to the organization to key stakeholders.
- Conducts impact analysis and provides strategic guidance for implementation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Six years of experience in multiple Human Resources functions to include experience in research and analysis.
- One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
- OR Bachelor's degree with four years of experience in multiple Human Resources functions to include experience in research and analysis.
- One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
Preferred education
- BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, or HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Preferred certifications
- SENIOR PROFESSIONAL IN HUMAN RESOURCES (SPHR) - Preferred
- SHRM-SCP - Preferred

- Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas)
- Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum "Return to In Person Work"

Pay
Salary Minimum $91,181.00
