Sr HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR Business Partner supporting manufacturing leaders
• Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning
• Lead employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace issues
• Conduct employee investigations
• Administer performance management processes
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO, and Wage & Hour laws
• Manage leave of absence programs
• Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and talent decisions
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and reporting
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Support HR operations across a 24/7 manufacturing facility
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Strong Employee Relations experience is required
• Manufacturing or other high-volume production environment experience preferred
• Experience conducting employee investigations
• Experience with performance management
• Experience administering leaves of absence
• Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, EEO, and Wage & Hour laws
• Experience using HRIS systems
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with leaders while balancing employee advocacy and business objectives
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Pay

$90,000 – $115,000 per year, plus bonus
