Sr. HR Compliance Analyst

About the role

This role supports the enterprise HR Operations team and manages the company's Human Resource compliance efforts. The position also leads HR Operations and business-driven initiatives, collaborating with other business units and HR teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Develop and provide support to the HR Operations team with related reporting, analysis, and analytics.
  • Analyze employment laws and provide recommendations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with and provide analytical support to multiple teams on various employment law requirements and procedures.
  • Lead auditing initiatives for HR topics including background checks, minor employee requirements, I-9/E-Verify, etc.
  • Coordinate and administer employment-based immigration programs.
  • Support and provide complex data analysis for testing initiatives in HR systems.
  • Conduct systematic audits of HR systems to determine compliance and identify solutions for improvement.
  • Lead the development and execution of testing plans, support script development, and perform testing.
  • Support special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting large (10,000+) multi-state employee populations, ideally focused on policy compliance and employment law.
  • Prior Workday experience preferred.
  • International compliance experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR systems.
