Join our dynamic team as a Sr. HR Business Partner in the Southwest Region. We are seeking an experienced professional to support our business objectives through strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor HR professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
