Sr HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Engineering organization during an exciting period of growth and transformation. In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to engineering leaders, helping shape organization design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and change initiatives that enable business success.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leaders across R&D including Engineering, Product and Portfolio Management to drive HR initiatives that matter.
• Lead Change: Support transformative programs in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, culture, performance management, and rewards.
• Empower Leaders: Advise and coach managers, resolve daily HR queries, and prepare teams to deliver impact.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace and help navigate organizational change.
• Leverage Data: Use HR analytics to spot trends, drive decisions, and communicate progress.
• Roll Up Your Sleeves: Embrace hands-on work and be ready to dive into both strategic and tactical HR tasks as we navigate this pivotal phase in our journey.
• Grow Your Skills: Lead and contribute to high-impact projects, workforce optimization, and reimagining our hiring & onboarding process—offering you the chance to broaden your expertise and drive real change.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
• Or, an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
