Sr HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Levindale, you will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, supporting a diverse workforce of over 900 FTEs across Levindale Hospital. You will mentor and guide HR team members, offer guidance to assigned departments on recruitment, benefits, HR policies, employee relations, and compensation, and utilize HR metrics to develop solutions for human resource issues. Partnering with department leadership, you will develop HR-related plans and initiatives, coach managers to become effective leaders, and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to assigned departments on recruitment, benefits, HR policies, employee relations, and compensation.
• Utilize HR metrics and tools to develop recommendations and solutions for human resource issues.
• Partner with department leadership to develop and implement HR-related plans and initiatives.
• Coach, educate, and advise managers to become effective leaders and achieve desired business outcomes.
• Educate, guide, and advise employees toward successful outcomes, serving as an advocate when necessary.
• Operationalize current HR strategies and initiatives, escalating significant issues to senior HR leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure consistent and fair application of policies and procedures across departments.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in human resources, preferably with union experience and working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; may consider 10+ years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues in lieu of degree.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.

Pay

$39.14 to $65.63 per hour, based on experience.
