Sr. HR Business Partner
The Opportunity
Carrot is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic consultant, trusted advisor, and talent architect for senior leaders across our Sales and Marketing divisions.
This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a seasoned HRBP who creates the most value through judgment, deep business influence, and executive coaching. You will deeply embed yourself into the commercial business to align people strategies with business objectives, optimize organizational effectiveness, and navigate complex change.
As a Sr. HRBP you will bring specialized insight into sales compensation architecture and incentive plan alignment to help drive performance and commercial success.

Compensation
- Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support employees in all aspects of life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and more.
- The starting base salary for this position will range from $125,000- $145,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location (a compensation premium may apply for candidates located within 50 miles of San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle).
