This role partners with management to strengthen employee engagement, develop talent, manage employee relations, and support business and workforce needs.You’ll collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deliver practical, consistent HR solutions while helping build a strong culture and employee experience. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders, including Director and Senior Director levels, on talent, performance, engagement, culture, and employee experience.Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline, policies, and HR best practices.Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management for assigned business groups.Support employee development and help leaders create meaningful development plans for key talent.Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and workplace concerns.Use HR data, metrics, and KPIs to identify trends and support business decisions.Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition and Compensation, to deliver effective HR solutions.Support workforce planning and recruiting activities as needed.Ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable employment regulations. The role may require occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000/Annually The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
