Job Description

We are seeking a results‑driven, strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead pipeline, revenue, and market activation for the North America marketing team. In this role you will bridge data‑driven growth marketing with target account marketing (ABM) to build brand awareness, generate qualified accounts and pipeline, and accelerate revenue within key target accounts and segments.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign activation: Translate global campaigns, product launches, ABX programs, and messaging into North America activation plans; adapt programs to local market conditions, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and buying‑group behaviors; ensure alignment with global brand, messaging, and campaign standards; serve as the formal feedback loop from North America into the Global Marketing COEs.
  • Field marketing strategy: Prioritize industry events, trade shows, and regional activations; align field investments to strategic pipeline goals and growth priorities; build integrated activation plans that connect events, ABX, digital campaigns, content, communications, and sales motions; measure field marketing ROI and contribution to pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue outcomes.
  • Growth execution: Prioritize ideal customer profiles and target account prioritization for North America; develop upper‑funnel buying‑group engagement strategies; identify whitespace and expansion opportunities for new growth.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Leverage customer, competitor, and market insights to identify emerging opportunities and guide marketing programs; work with product marketing, brand, integrated marketing, business development, sales leadership, and communications teams to integrate North America insights into future go‑to‑market messaging and strategies.
  • Marketing success metrics: Own North America marketing outcomes with a focus on marketing‑sourced pipeline, target account engagement, event and field marketing ROI, revenue contribution, order intake contribution, and related metrics.

Skills

  • Cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, business development, and sales organizations.
  • Data‑driven growth marketing and ABM expertise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analysis abilities.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign management, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience translating global strategy into local growth marketing programs and setting field activation strategy and investment priorities.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with B2B sales and business development teams to co‑design outreach playbooks and deliver pipeline metrics.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and intent tools.
  • Equal parts strategic planner and tactical executor who enjoys building programs from concept through deployment and analysis.
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
