About the role

The role is responsible for managing a team of researchers and overseeing projects related to advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of complex data analysis models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics solutions into business processes.
• Lead project teams in setting goals, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• A PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in data analytics and management.
• Proven track record of successful project leadership and team management.
• Experience with data visualization tools and statistical software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
