Sr. Global Payroll Specialist

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle payroll processing for US and international entities
• Manage data workflows across multiple payroll system platforms
• Collaborate with Finance and People Ops to ensure accurate payroll inputs
• Directly manage all payroll-related tax withholdings and contributions
• Oversee accurate filing of payroll tax by providers
• Manage payroll tax account registrations in various jurisdictions
• Lead internal and external payroll audits for compliance

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of high-volume, multi-region payroll experience
• Expert-level proficiency in ADP
• Experience with Hibob HRIS, Oyster Payroll, and Activpayroll is valued
• Strong attention to detail for spotting discrepancies
• Effective communicator of complex payroll concepts
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
• Motivated self-starter in an AI-driven environment
• Minimal travel flexibility preferred
