Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-cycle payroll processing for US and international entities
- Manage data workflows across multiple payroll system platforms
- Collaborate with Finance and People Ops to ensure accurate payroll inputs
- Directly manage all payroll-related tax withholdings and contributions
- Oversee accurate filing of payroll tax by providers
- Manage payroll tax account registrations in various jurisdictions
- Lead internal and external payroll audits for compliance
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of high-volume, multi-region payroll experience
- Expert-level proficiency in ADP
- Experience with Hibob HRIS, Oyster Payroll, and Activpayroll is valued
- Strong attention to detail for spotting discrepancies
- Effective communicator of complex payroll concepts
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
- Motivated self-starter in an AI-driven environment
- Minimal travel flexibility preferred
