Sr. GIS Solution Engineer - AEC

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and present the company software solutions
• Lead technical discussions and gain access to decision-makers
• Act as a subject matter expert in AEC and environmental consulting
• Craft solutions that illustrate GIS value to clients
• Shape and deliver complex strategies suited to client needs
• Design engaging presentations for diverse audiences
• Provide guidance and best practices in technical configurations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with the company technology for mapping and spatial analysis
• 3+ years in AEC or environmental consulting
• Broad IT knowledge of ArcGIS (hardware, security, cloud services)
• Experience in technical consulting and solution design
• Understanding of business development processes
• Ability to troubleshoot the company application deployment issues
• Familiarity with geodatabases and DBMS
• Knowledge of cloud computing from platforms like Azure and AWS
• Experience integrating software with business systems (BI, CRM, ERP)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel 25-50% internationally

Pay

$98,592 – $173,576 annually
