About the Role
Vaco has partnered with a technology consulting organization undergoing finance process modernization initiatives. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Sr. FP&A Consultant with expertise in FP&A systems optimization, forecasting transformation, and AI-enabled automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead process redesign efforts that replace manual spreadsheet-driven workflows with automated, scalable solutions
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across finance and reporting workflows
- Develop and enhance driver-based forecasting, scenario modeling, and rolling forecast processes
- Design and deploy self-service dashboards that provide real-time business insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Proven expertise with Senior FP&A responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Drivetrain required
- Experience implementing finance automation, AI-enabled processes, or transformation initiatives
- Ability to commit to duration and needs of project

$45-$55/hr
