Sr. FP&A Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will support core corporate finance activities with a strong focus on forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. You will partner closely with leaders across the organization to provide insight that supports planning, audit readiness, and executive decision-making. The position also plays an important role in identifying cost efficiencies and helping ensure accurate financial visibility across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 annually Responsibilities Assist with updating financial forecast models and budgeting processes Support the monthly financial close and annual audit procedures Prepare and consolidate monthly reports for key stakeholders Build presentations for executives and the board with detailed insights Conduct thorough analysis of vendor costs to identify efficiencies Manage relationships and provide analytical support across various teams Qualifications 4+ years of finance experience, ideally in high-growth technology or consulting environments Prior exposure to private-equity-backed companies and related reporting processes Strong financial analysis background with proven problem-solving skills Ability to convey complex information clearly to varied audiences Experience with financial systems like NetSuite, Cube, and Tableau is a plus Hands-on use of AI tools in finance is advantageous Benefits Comprehensive online education program covering 2,800+ courses paid upfront from day one 401(k) plan with company match Flexible vacation policy Paid family leave Robust health care benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
