Sr. Foreman - Electrical Services
About the role
Beitzel Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Foreman to join our Beitzel Electrical team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and is eager to guide and support a crew through diverse and dynamic projects. As a Foreman, you’ll be expected to provide daily supervision and coordination while also working alongside your team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and coordination of the electrical crew
- Communicate equipment and supply needs to both Electrical field personnel and management
- Prepare time and material (T&M) tickets, receipts, and other paperwork as required by the job
- Lead, train, and mentor Field Services employees
- Perform electrical installations and troubleshooting
- Communicate with industrial trades and various construction and industrial projects
- Read blueprints and job specifications
- Work at a variety of heights, indoors and outdoors in all types of weather
- Work on-site and underground at industrial locations
Requirements
- 5+ years of electrical experience
- Journeyman’s Electrical License from at least one state (MD preferred)
- MSHA-WV Electrical License is preferred
- State of West Virginia, Office of Miners’ Health, Safety & Training Certified Electrician preferred
- State of West Virginia, State Fire Marshal Master Electricians License or Equivalent preferred
- State of Maryland, Master Electricians License is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of Industrial Services
- Demonstrated leadership and employee training abilities
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications

USD $32.00/Hr. USD $60.00/Hr.
Schedule
Flexible schedule with frequent travel throughout the week, including overnight stays, extended hours, and occasional weekend, holiday, or night shift work.
