About the role
Beitzel Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to join our Beitzel Electrical team. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and is eager to guide and support a crew through diverse and dynamic projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and coordination while working alongside your team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Communicate equipment and supply needs to both Electrical field personnel and management.
- Prepare time and material (T&M) tickets, receipts, and other paperwork as required by the job.
- Lead, train, and mentor Field Services employees.
- Lead and perform electrical installations and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with industrial trades and various construction and industrial projects.
- Provide detailed reports, paperwork, and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping, billing, and inventory.
- Work at a variety of heights, perform duties on-site and underground, and work in confined spaces.
- Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather, including extreme conditions.
- Work on-site and underground at industrial locations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of electrical experience is preferred.
- MUST possess a Journeyman’s Electrical License from at least one state (MD preferred).
- MSHA-WV Electrical License is preferred.
- S. Department of Labor (MSHA) Qualified Electrician.
- State of West Virginia, Office of Miners’ Health, Safety & Training Certified Electrician.
- State of West Virginia, State Fire Marshal Master Electricians License or Equivalent.
- State of Maryland, Master Electricians License is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Industrial Services.
- Demonstrated leadership and employee training abilities.
- Skilled in coordinating and prioritizing work.

USD $30.00/Hr.

Schedule
Flexible schedule with frequent travel throughout the week, including overnight stays, extended hours, and occasional weekend, holiday, or night shift work.
