Responsibilities
- Own and manage D365 F&O configurations, customizations, and integrations while ensuring compliance with security protocols, data privacy standards, and internal audit requirements to minimize risks and prevent unauthorized access
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and impact analyses for new processes, features, or custom flows (using X++, Power Automate, etc.), implementing safeguards to protect critical business data and operations
- Project manage across all key phases of development - requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and go-live success
- Architect and implement solutions in D365 F&O, focusing on modules such as GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, Inventory, and Cash and Bank Management
- Develop and implement integrations with third-party systems using modern APIs and best practices
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Finance, Application Software, and Information Technology
- Liaison with Microsoft’s support team and escalate issues as needed
- Handle confidential financial, operational, and proprietary data with the utmost discretion, including regular audits, user access reviews, and incident response to maintain system integrity
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and optimize D365 F&O processes to ensure scalability, reliability, and minimal downtime in a dynamic operational environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, physics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, or other STEM discipline
- 4+ years of combined work experience as a developer, business systems analyst or product manager, with at least 2 of those years in a finance or supply chain domain
- Experience with SQL
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Experience with Dynamics 365ERP and related systems development or implementation of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash Cycle or Financial Systems
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority or structure
- Experience working in fast paced development environments in a compliant manner (consistent track record of “innovation with caution”)
- Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving and technical skills with the ability to create original and creative solutions
- Experience building robust testing plans and familiarity with change management best practices
Additional Requirements
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- This position is based in Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles area), and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered
Pay Range
Pay Range: Level 3: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00
