Sr. Financial Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
- Provides functional support for SAP financial modules, particularly FICO, AP, inventory, fixed assets, and general ledger
- Conducts manual QA testing in SAP environments, documenting test cases and results using Excel or Word
- Investigates and resolves production issues; ensures data integrity across financial transactions and reports
- Collaborates closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements, test enhancements, and support deployments
- Manages the creation and lifecycle of purchase orders, vendor contracts, goods receipts, invoice validations, and asset transactions
- Reconciles financial data and performs root cause analysis of discrepancies (e.g., payment reclassifications, pricing variances)
- Contributes to automation efforts and testing related to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting, inventory transfer processes, and EDI vendor onboarding
- Supports integrations and data validation for new systems including Retail, Payroll, and B2B purchasing platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Accounting or Information Technology, QA or field) or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a business/systems analyst role, with a strong finance or accounting foundation
- Understanding of Systems Integration concepts and experience utilizing them
- 3+ years of manual QA testing experience in SAP QA environments; ability to document test plans and results clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Pay
$75,000 – $113,000 Annually (dependent on experience)
Schedule
This is a hybrid position, reporting in to the office 4 days per week.
