Sr. Financial Data Analyst

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Sr. Financial Data Analyst serving as a trusted financial reporting and data expert, responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into accurate, actionable insights. This role focuses on financial analysis, reporting, data validation, and creating the primary “source of truth” for enterprise financial data across multiple systems. The position partners closely with Accounting/Finance, IT, and Farming and Production Operations while remaining distinctly analytical rather than engineering-focused.

Responsibilities
- Transform complex financial and operational data into accurate, actionable insights
- Focus on financial analysis, reporting, and data validation
- Create and maintain the primary “source of truth” for enterprise financial data across multiple systems
- Partner closely with Accounting/Finance, IT, and Farming and Production Operations
- Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot complex data sets with a commitment to accuracy
- Translate information into an organized and presentable manner
Requirements
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Solid understanding of data warehouses, data structures, financial data flows, and AI tools
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and validation
- Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau and financial reporting dashboards
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Proven ability to validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot complex data sets with a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law
Remote work is not available for this position for the first two years.

Pay
Total Rewards: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
