Key Responsibilities

  • Execute retail financing programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams and external lenders to ensure seamless program delivery and dealer support.
  • Maintain program performance, troubleshoot issues, and support invoice validation.
  • Analyze financing performance to identify key drivers, trends, and risks.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for Financial Services income streams.
  • Deliver actionable insights through variance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives and leadership requests.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and recurring performance reporting.
  • Leverage tools such as Power BI, Excel, and enterprise data platforms to automate and enhance reporting.
  • Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems and partners.
  • Manage audit, compliance, and internal control requirements in a regulated environment.
  • Gather and analyze dealer feedback to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service levels.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial services, or related field.
  • Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Experience in retail finance, dealer financing, lending, or financial services preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, OneStream, Alteryx or Snowflake preferred.

About the Role

Support retail finance and Polaris Acceptance joint venture providing dealer floorplan financing programs within Polaris Financial Services. Partner with internal stakeholders and external lending partners to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.

Pay

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $80,000 to $111,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
