Responsibilities
- You will serve as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting retail finance and Polaris Acceptance joint venture providing dealer floorplan financing programs within Polaris Financial Services.
- You will perform financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and operational support to ensure accurate execution and performance optimization of financing initiatives.
- You will partner with internal stakeholders and external lending partners to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- You will execute retail financing programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
- You will partner with internal teams and external lenders to ensure seamless program delivery and dealer support.
- You will monitor program performance, troubleshoot issues, and support invoice validation.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial services, or related field.
- Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Experience in retail finance, dealer financing, lending, or financial services preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Power BI, OneStream, Alteryx or Snowflake preferred.

Pay
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $80,000 to $111,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
