Sr. Financial Analyst- Enterprise

This role supports financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance in the Aerospace & Defense industry. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end segment forecasting for the Enterprise P&L
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze bookings and pipeline trends
• Manage expense forecasts and conduct variance analysis
• Develop cash flow forecasts incorporating scenario planning
• Prepare executive-level financial reports with actionable insights
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for alignment on financial data

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in high-growth environments
• Consulting background in problem solving and strategic advisement
• Strong financial modeling skills and forecasting expertise
• Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with BI tools is advantageous
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience with AI-enabled tools or automation is a plus

Pay

$98,000 – $143,000 annually
