Sr. Financial Analyst, eGaming
Position Overview
The Sr. Financial Analyst, eGaming plays a critical role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making for Arrow’s rapidly growing electronic gaming business. This position partners closely with FP&A, Accounting, Finance leadership, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting capabilities, and support key business initiatives.
Reporting Relationship
Reports to: Manager, FP&A – eGaming
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting for the eGaming business.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior year performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages for internal leadership and external ownership groups.
- Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators, operational metrics, ROI analyses, and business performance reporting.
- Aid in the integration of acquired businesses, financials, and KPIs into existing reporting and planning processes.
- Participate in the preparation of executive presentations and financial reviews for senior leadership and private equity partners.
- Bring a strategic mindset while maintaining strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.
Business Partnership & Decision Support
- Partner closely with the Manager of FP&A, Accounting team, Director of Finance, and eGaming CFO to support financial planning and strategic initiatives.
- Develop ROI and payback analyses for capital investments, pricing strategies, commission programs, and other business initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and informed decision-making.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and business projects as new opportunities and challenges arise.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization and communicate financial insights effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Support projects focused on improving financial systems, reporting processes, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, enhance data visibility, and improve analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset by recommending process enhancements and efficiencies.
- Leverage financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights that support business growth and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn and apply financial concepts.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, OneStream, SAP, AI-enabled tools, or similar systems preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and process excellence.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mentality.
Preferred
- Experience in a private equity-backed, growth-oriented environment.
- Exposure to M&A integration activities and business performance analysis.
- Experience building dashboards, executive presentations, and decision-support reporting.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and operational performance metrics.
- Comfort utilizing AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, analysis, and reporting.
