Job Responsibilities

• Provides financial planning and analyses.
• Maintains actual results of financial data against plans, forecasts and budgets.
• Gathers, organizes and documents relevant financial information.
• Determines trends and explains financial results.
• Prepares detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management.
• Consolidates operating and financial projections for the development of short-term and long-term business plans.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or associated field and 4-6 equivalent experience in accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerBI; preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Operate standard office equipment preferred.
• Experience with integrated financial/manufacturing software packages, SAP preferred.
• Ability to manage departmental projects/programs to meet BGM needs.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of a standard cost system, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
