This dynamic Senior Finance Analyst role leads key financial planning and analysis activities for the Biosciences division. It offers high visibility within the business and a tremendous opportunity for learning and long-term career growth. We are a fast-paced, robust team looking for a candidate who will continue to drive the Finance function forward. This position requires on-site presence at our Eugene, OR location (29851 Willow Creek).

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the finance and accounting leader for 2 manufacturing sites (onsite in Eugene, OR and remote for Bothell, WA)
  • Proactively provide insights to drive informed decision making and strong financial performance
  • Manage the monthly forecast cycle ensuring accuracy and clear communication of key issues
  • Champion identified key continuous improvement projects to drive improved results
  • Implement and oversee appropriate systems and control/process standards
  • Safeguard company property and assets by embedding internal financial controls, compensatory controls, and/or risk mitigation plans into areas of responsibility
  • Lead the Annual Operating Plan process for the site

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred but not required)
  • 4+ years of proven experience in operations finance within a large, multi-national company
  • Significant experience leading and developing successful teams
  • Self-reliant, problem solver with a natural bias towards continuous operational improvement
  • Outstanding Excel skills and experience with small to mid-sized ERP systems
  • Understanding of finance, accounting, and impact to reporting systems
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning, Smartview, or similar systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of working with a diverse group of individuals
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior management
  • Demonstrated experience in a complex, multinational, heavily matrixed organization
  • Embraces challenges in a continuously evolving environment
