This hybrid role is based in Brookfield, WI, with 2 days per week in-office after fully trained.
Requirements
We’re looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable researching financial variances, interpreting data, and communicating insights.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, supporting schedules, and variance analyses while meeting internal and external reporting deadlines.
- Support client financial analysis reviews and provide meaningful insights based on financial data.
- Maintain, compile, analyze, and research variances related to quarterly close and annual budget processes.
- Reconcile and analyze spreadsheets, reports, and financial assessments while researching variances and recommending solutions.
- Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley and financial statement audit requests.
- Initiate wire disbursements, maintain bank repetitive codes, and approve transactions when instructed.
- Complete Accounts Payable processing and review while maintaining required ledger standards.
- Produce and distribute W-9s and 1099s.
- Manage the daily cash reconciliation process, including cash inflows and outflows.
- Assist with developing and maintaining accounting reports and supporting financial analysis.
