About The RoleThis role will focus on analyzing and preparing financial data related to revenue and gross margin. You will work closely with global teams to ensure accurate allocation of revenue and cost, assess their impact on gross margin, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability. This position is crucial for driving informed financial decision-making across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare revenue and cost allocations for both Domestic and International divisionsDevelop strong partnerships with the Global Accounting teamCalculate franchise data accurately and efficientlyUpdate and maintain data sources to support the demand planning processManage and update the financial components of the product databaseOwn the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis across revenue, gross margin, and OPEX for specific business unitsSupport the forecasting and budgeting process by collecting data, performing data cleansing and staging, and helping update financial modelsPartner with Directors of FP&A to support key business units (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) with financial tracking and ad hoc analysisSupport FP&A directors with analysis for business cases, pricing decisions, and promotionsHelp prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership team meetingsEnsure data integrity across systems and assist in identifying process improvement opportunitiesAssist in maintaining financial dashboards and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, or similar toolsFacilitate operating expense analysis by comparing budgeted vs. actual resultsIdentify trends and provide insights to improve cost efficiency QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field5–7 years of experience in a corporate accounting or finance environmentStrong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and other advanced formulasExperience with Power BIExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesUnderstanding of accounting, budgeting, and financial statement principles, concepts, and analysisKnowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting a plusGreat attention to detailExperience with major ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains, SAP) is a plus
