Created/Revised Date: October 5, 2026 Anticipated Closing Date: October 29, 2026 Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Location: Remote, West Coast Hours Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00/hour Employment Type: Contract Length: 6 months FLSA Status: Non Exempt Schedule: Remote About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated team player who has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, polished communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally as well as independently. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking experience within a dynamic and fast-paced FP&A organization, owning significant model assumptions, and providing critical decision support to leaders across the organization. The role is within the corporate finance team focusing on balance sheet and cashflow forecasts and reports to the corporate finance director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support monthly balance sheet and cashflow statement forecast, with areas of focus including Deferred Revenue, Accounts Receivables, Billings and Collections, Financial service-related interest receivable, interest income and expense, Leases, and Other miscellaneous assets/liabilities. Deliver variance analysis, including actual vs. forecast and current forecast vs. prior forecast. Work cross-functionally with the operation forecast team, accounting, procurement, data analytics, treasury, and technical accounting team to ensure reporting and forecast accuracy. Use AI and automation tools to streamline recurring reporting and forecasting tasks, improving cycle time and accuracy. Perform special projects and ad hoc analyses to support informed decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or business-related majors. 2+ years of experience in the Accounting/Finance area. Thorough understanding of accounting/finance concepts, especially balance sheet and statement of cashflow. Working experience with budgeting and forecasting tools; familiarity with NetSuite/Adaptive is a plus. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with AI/automation tools applied to financial planning and analysis is a plus. Highest levels of consistency and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Experience dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Demonstrated experience or interest related to cybersecurity and/or SaaS. Self-starter with a bias toward action, comfortable advancing projects with minimal direction or oversight, flexible, and eager to learn.
