Sr. Financial Analyst
About the role
Lead FP&A support for Corporate including Capex & Depreciation, Business Taxes, Insurance, allocation rules, and GAAP one-time items, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting for these areas.
Work with the accounting team to support timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end close reporting.
Support the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks.
Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly management review materials.
Conduct scenario modeling, ad hoc financial analysis, and business case support for new initiatives and investments.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and business drivers; identify and explain budget/forecast variances.
Contribute to continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and financial processes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Basic BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field
Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and planning within a dynamic environment
Experience with Google Sheets and Excel; experience building and maintaining complex financial models
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with partners at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with Google Suite and financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Adaptive Insights, Tableau)

Pay
Based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
- California: $105,800.00 - $163,450.00 base salary
- Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $101,400.00 - $145,475.00 base salary
Schedule
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
