Sr. Financial Analyst (ARR required)

Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the SaaS industry to find a Sr Financial Analyst. This is a full time, permanent position in DTC. Responsibilities:• Develop and refine financial models, operating budgets, and forward-looking forecasts to support company planning.• Examine revenue patterns, including ARR-related performance, and highlight trends that influence strategic and operational decisions.• Track core financial indicators, margins, and business results to evaluate overall performance and identify areas of concern or opportunity.• Produce monthly reporting packages and concise performance updates for leadership review.• Create projection scenarios for expansion efforts, new products, and other growth-focused initiatives.• Analyze cost structures, pricing assumptions, and expected returns to assess the viability of prospective opportunities.• Partner with teams across the organization to validate inputs and improve the accuracy of forecasts and financial assumptions.• Deliver ad hoc analysis and decision support materials that help leadership prioritize investments and business actions.• Contribute to planning and reporting activities tied to future capital needs and other long-range financial objectives.• Recommend and implement improvements that make reporting processes more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
