Responsibilities
- Define and manage the F&A AI transformation roadmap and governance structures
- Evaluate and prioritize AI project opportunities for the Finance & Accounting function
- Oversee proof of concept delivery for AI solutions, ensuring successful transition to production
- Design role-based AI training programs for Finance & Accounting personnel
- Establish AI governance guidelines aligned with enterprise policies and regulations
- Monitor compliance and report on key performance indicators regarding AI adoption and effectiveness
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including AI and transformation initiatives
- 3+ years of experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics projects
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes like Close, FP&A, and Controls Frameworks
- Proven ability to influence senior-level stakeholders (Sr. Director, VP, CFO)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related discipline; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
