SR Finance Manager-Global Ingredients Division
About the role
As part of the largest almond grower co-operative in the world, our Global Ingredients Division is the largest business unit within Blue Diamond Growers, supplying bulk and processed almond products to global food, beverage, and personal care manufacturers. The Sr. Finance Manager partners with business leaders to turn financial data into clear insights that improve decisions, performance, planning, and execution while maintaining financial discipline. The role challenges assumptions, identifies risks and opportunities, and clarifies the financial impact of key decisions.
Physical demands include sitting for prolonged periods, walking through warehouses and multiple buildings, occasional bending and lifting. Work environment is office-based with a hybrid model (3 days in office as business needs), time spent in distribution and production areas, and exposure to dust, moisture, and hot/cold temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on strategic, operational, and tactical decisions.
- Assess risks, opportunities, trade-offs, business cases, ROI, and scenarios.
